Minimum 6 credit hours; must maintain a 3.0 GPA; restricted to Johnston, Harnett, or Sampson county resident; restricted to Business or Management/Administrative degree, priority given to those in health field; priority for a female; recipient should be working full-time or part-time; recipient should be seeking a part-time education or taking classes at night; recipient should have five (5) years of work experience
